VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENT
Applications Will Not Be Accepted Without Accompanying Payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No Refunds or Cancellations (this includes “no shows”) Additionally, should PPES Inc, in its sole discretion, deem collection action necessary, whether prior to, during or subsequent to litigation, the entire cost of collection, including attorneys' fees, costs, shall be paid by Exhibitor/Vendor. 


CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY
A "chargeback" occurs when a customer disputes a credit card charge.  A fraudulent chargeback occurs when a customer attempts to dispute a charge for merchandise that they have knowingly purchased and have returned for a refund.

Attempting to dispute a "valid" credit card charge is fraudulent and is illegal in most states.  PPES Inc does not tolerate chargeback fraud.  Additionally, should PPES Inc, in its sole discretion, deem collection action necessary, whether prior to, during, or subsequent to litigation, the entire cost of collection, including attorneys' fees, and costs, shall be paid by the Exhibitor/Vendor.
 
CHANGES IN EVENT NAME, HOURS, PROGRAM, LOCATION, OR DATE OF EVENT
PPES Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments to the name, hours, program, location, and date at any time. 
If PPES Inc., cancels an event, a FULL REFUND will be issued within 2-3 business days of the cancellation.  

INSURANCE
The exhibitor will be responsible for exhibitor insurance.  This clause does not apply to Direct Sales Companies.
(N/A to direct sales companies: Avon, Mary Kay, It Works, Tupperware, etc.)


TAXES

State Law Requires that ALL vendors must have a valid resale number and file the proper forms

before being permitted to participate in all PPES Inc., events.
 
ACCEPTABILITY OF EXHIBITS
All exhibits shall serve the interests of Ladies Pamper Night, attendees, and affiliates and shall be operated in a way that will not detract from other exhibits, the exhibition, or the event as a whole. PPES Inc. reserves the right to require the immediate withdrawal of any exhibit that PPES Inc., believes to be injurious to the purpose of PPES Inc.,
 
APPEARANCE OF EXHIBITS
All exhibits must have an attractive appearance.
 
USE OF SPACE
Exhibitors shall not sublet, assign, or share any part of the space allocated to them without the written consent of PPES Inc., Exhibitors shall not use the space outside their booth area for demonstrations or display of any kind, including freestanding signs and adjacent columns, walls, and aisleways.
 
SALE OF MERCHANDISE
The sale of types of merchandise and/or specific products at our events is subject to approval by PPES Inc., Exhibit Coordinator, or other on-site staff acting on behalf of PPES Inc., Exhibit Coordinator. New exhibitors may be asked to submit a photograph of an exhibit set up before their application can be accepted.
 
TABLE ASSIGNMENTS
Floor plan assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. PPES Inc., reserves the right to make alterations to the floor plan, table/booth assignments, and table/booth size. Changes may occur at any time prior to set-up to accommodate show needs.  Upon arrival, you must check-in at the registration table. (Follow the signs)

IDENTIFICATION BADGES
Identification badges with names prominently displayed must be worn for the duration of the event. 

DURING SHOW HOURS
All aisles and common areas are the property of PPES Inc. Any disruption of free movement or solicitation in the aisles or common areas is an infringement of the rights of other exhibitors and will not be tolerated. This includes the distribution of any materials or solicitation of any kind.
 
DAMAGE TO EXHIBIT FACILITIES
The exhibitor must surrender his or her space in its original condition. The exhibitor shall not injure or deface the walls or floors of the exhibit facilities, the tables, or any other furniture. When such damage occurs, the exhibitor shall be liable to the owners of the property so damaged.
 
DEMONSTRATION AREA
Demonstration areas must be organized within the exhibitor’s space so as to not interfere with any aisle traffic.  Those who interfere with the normal flow of walking traffic will be forced to cease the demonstration.  If it occurs again, management will have the exhibitor removed from the premises, and the exhibitor will forfeit all money.
 
NOISE LEVELS
Music and noise levels generated by an exhibit cannot disrupt the business activity of any other exhibitor. PPES Inc., has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to remove the device and/or activity that produces the noise or music.
 
ETHICAL AND DIGNIFIED CONDUCT
Exhibitors are responsible for the conduct of their employees, service personnel, representatives, agents, and guests and all persons shall conduct themselves in an ethical and dignified manner at all times.
 
SECURITY
PPES Inc., makes every reasonable effort to provide adequate protection for exhibitors’ merchandise and displays during non-exhibit hours. Exhibitors should be aware that a building can never be made totally secure when being used for an exposition. Neither PPES Inc., the facility nor the Staff of PPES Inc.,  will accept any responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise. Exhibitors are encouraged to take precautionary measures to safeguard against theft.
 
PARKING
Please visit the venue website regarding parking for each event.
 
SHIPPING
Exhibitors are solely responsible for following shipping and storage guidelines set forth by the event site and assume any related charges for handling and storage.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I hereby release and hold harmless PPES Inc. and its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives of any and all liability arising out of attendance at the PPES Inc.                                        
 

ADVERTISING & MARKETING
Comprehensive Marketing Program

A well-attended event is well advertised and PPES Inc. has a fully integrated advertising campaign to promote the event, including some of the following:

Promotional Giveaways: Promotional giveaways are items or products that are distributed for free as part of a marketing campaign or promotion. They are typically used to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and generate interest in a product or service. Examples of promotional giveaways may include one of the following tote bags, T-shirts, tickets, etc.

Women Organizations:
Women organizations are groups or associations that focus on advocating for and supporting the rights, empowerment, and well-being of women. These organizations often provide resources, networking opportunities, educational programs, and support services to women. They may organize events, workshops, and conferences to address issues related to gender equality, women's health, career development, and social justice.

Online Newspapers:
Online newspapers are digital versions of traditional newspapers that can be accessed and read over the Internet. They provide news and information on various topics such as current events, politics, business, sports, entertainment, and more. Online newspapers often offer multimedia content like videos and interactive features, allowing readers to engage with the news in different ways. They may also provide subscription options for premium content or ad-supported models.

Local Newspapers:
Local newspapers are print publications that focus on news and events specific to a particular geographic area, such as a city or region. They provide coverage of local news, community events, local businesses, and other relevant information. Local newspapers play a vital role in informing residents about local issues, promoting community engagement, and supporting local businesses through advertising and promotion.

Affiliate Program:
An affiliate program is a marketing strategy in which individuals or businesses (affiliates) promote products or services on behalf of a company or merchant. Affiliates earn a commission or referral fee for each sale or action generated through their promotional efforts. Affiliate programs can be managed through specialized platforms that provide tracking, reporting, and payment systems. This type of marketing allows companies to reach a wider audience and leverage the networks and influence of their affiliates.

Email Marketing:
Email marketing is a digital marketing technique that involves sending targeted promotional messages or newsletters to a group of individuals through email. It is a direct and cost-effective way for businesses to communicate with their customers, promote products or services, build brand loyalty, and drive conversions. Email marketing campaigns can be personalized, automated, and optimized based on customer segmentation, behavior, and preferences.

Local Boutiques:
Local boutiques are small retail stores that specialize in offering unique and often handcrafted clothing, accessories, or lifestyle products. They are usually independently owned and operated, focusing on providing a personalized shopping experience and curated selections. Local boutiques often showcase local designers or artisans and contribute to the local economy and community. They may engage in various promotional activities like hosting trunk shows, offering discounts, and participating in local events.

In-Store Flyers:
In-store flyers are printed promotional materials that are distributed within a physical retail store to provide information about current sales, promotions, or new products. They are typically placed near the entrance or checkout areas for customers to browse. In-store flyers often include visually appealing graphics, discounts, and calls to action to encourage customers to make purchases or take advantage of special offers.

Ticket Brokers:
Ticket brokers are individuals or businesses that buy and sell tickets to various events, such as concerts, sports games, theater performances, and festivals. They act as intermediaries between ticket buyers and event organizers, offering a wide selection of tickets and often specializing in obtaining hard-to-find or premium tickets. Ticket brokers may promote their services through online platforms, advertisements, partnerships with venues, or direct marketing to reach potential customers.

 Local Salons:
Local salons are establishments that provide hair, beauty, and wellness services to customers in a specific area. They offer a range of services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, manicures, pedicures, etc.Top of Form

Local stores refer to small retail establishments that operate within a specific community or neighborhood. These stores typically offer a variety of products, including groceries, clothing, home goods, electronics, and more. Local stores often emphasize personalized customer service, a sense of community, and supporting the local economy. They may engage in promotional activities such as hosting special events, offering loyalty programs, partnering with other local businesses, or participating in community initiatives.

Social Media:
Social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest are online communication channels that enable individuals and businesses to create and share content, engage with others, and build communities. Businesses, including women's organizations, local newspapers, boutiques, salons, and stores, utilize social media as a marketing tool to connect with their target audience, share updates, promote products or services, run advertising campaigns, and foster customer engagement and loyalty.

Lawn Signs:
Lawn signs are small, often temporary signs placed on lawns or yards to convey a specific message or promote a product, event, or cause. They are typically made of durable materials like corrugated plastic and are commonly used for political campaigns, real estate listings, garage sales, and local events. Lawn signs can be an effective way to capture the attention of passersby and create awareness within a local community.

Instagram:
Instagram is a popular social media platform focused on sharing photos and videos. It allows users to create profiles, follow other users, like and comment on posts, and discover content through hashtags and explore features. Women organizations, local boutiques, salons, and stores often use Instagram to showcase their products, share behind-the-scenes content, collaborate with influencers, engage with their audience through stories and live videos, and run targeted advertising campaigns.

Eventbrite:
Eventbrite is an online platform that enables event organizers to create, promote, and sell tickets for various types of events. It provides tools for event registration, ticketing, and event promotion. Women organizations, local newspapers, ticket brokers, and other businesses use Eventbrite to manage and market their events, reach a wider audience, handle ticket sales, and track attendance. Eventbrite also offers social sharing features, allowing attendees to spread the word about events they plan to attend.

Direct Mail:
Direct mail refers to a marketing strategy that involves sending physical promotional materials, such as postcards, catalogs, brochures, or letters, directly to individuals' mailboxes. This method allows businesses to target specific demographics or geographic areas with their marketing messages. Women organizations, local newspapers, boutiques, salons, and stores may use direct mail to announce special offers, launch new products, invite customers to events, or build brand awareness in their local communities.

Facebook:
Facebook is a leading social media platform that enables users to create profiles, connect with friends, join groups, and share content. It offers various features for businesses, including women's organizations, local newspapers, boutiques, salons, and stores, to create dedicated business pages, engage with followers, post updates, share articles or products, run targeted advertisements, and analyze audience insights. Facebook provides a wide reach and diverse audience targeting options for businesses to connect with potential customers.

Pinterest:
Pinterest is a visual discovery and bookmarking platform where users can find and save ideas for various topics, including fashion, home decor, recipes, and more. Businesses, including local boutiques, salons, stores, and women's organizations, can create Pinterest accounts and boards to showcase their products, share inspiration, and drive traffic to their websites. Pinterest allows users to save and share content, making it a valuable platform for promoting products, curating collections, and engaging with a visually-oriented audience.

Twitter
is a popular social media platform that allows users to share and discover short messages, called tweets, with a character limit of 280 characters. Women organizations, local newspapers, boutiques, salons, stores, and other businesses can utilize Twitter to connect with their audience, share updates, news, and promotions, engage in conversations, and participate in trending topics. Twitter offers features like hashtags, retweets, and mentions, which help in increasing visibility and reaching a broader audience. It is often used for real-time updates, customer service interactions, and building brand awareness and engagement.

PPES INC., DOES NOT GUARANTEE ATTENDANCE; HOWEVER, WE WILL GIVE YOU THE ANTICIPATED NUMBER OF ATTENDEES THAT WE EXPECT TO ATTEND.

PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEO

Ladies Pamper Night reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by PPES Inc., without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Ladies Pamper Night may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by PPES Inc., including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.


ELIGIBILITY
In consideration of your use of the Website services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding

contract as per the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
 
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By clicking on the submit button this Agreement (marked ‘I agree to the terms and conditions.”), you indicate acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and limitation of liability as set out in this Agreement. Such acceptance shall be either on your own behalf or on behalf of any corporate entity which employs you or which you represent or on behalf of a minor.

You should read this Agreement carefully before clicking on the submit button on the registration form. By clicking the submit button you agree and undertook that you have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the same.
